The Minnesota Department of Health has opened a period for comments on the new licensing rules. We need to submit all written comments NO LATER THAN FEBRUARY 9, 2021 - earlier is better!
Please DO make your comments personal. We recommend starting by describing your experiences with Breck, and why this matters to you. Heartfelt comments from people who will be affected by these proposed changes will have a lot of impact.

The first hearings on the assisted living licensure rules are now scheduled for January 19th and 20th. Hearings are scheduled to begin at 9:30 a.m. and run until 4 p.m. each day. Additional hearings may be scheduled if more time is needed.
The meetings are virtual, and open to the public. You can testify at the meetings. The Department of Health has issued an announcement that explains how you can attend and how to testify (either the day of the hearing, or through a recorded phone message).
